GR Home Share offers a safe, creative solution to high housing costs. It allows senior homeowners (providers) to "age in place" with safety and companionship. We have trained staff who match providers with affordable housing seekers. 

Providers may be homeowners who are over the age of 55. They would enjoy and benefit from sharing their home with another.

Seekers may be anyone in need of low cost housing who enjoy living with others. This may include students or young professionals. It may also include able-bodied seniors or persons working low-wage jobs.
